Discounts & Special Offers

Multi-Property Discount: 20% off for 5 or more vacant properties photographed in one trip (properties must be reasonably close to each other but don’t need to connect).
Free Sign Placement: I’ll install your “For Sale” signs at no extra charge if provided ahead of time. (Additional trip to place signs: $50+ depending on distance.)
Connected Lots: Multiple connected vacant lots can be treated as a single property for the standard $100 rate.

Additional Fees

Large Properties (Over 5 Acres):
- Standard land package ($100) if shot from one location.
- Multiple locations on the same property to capture all areas: Starts at $150 (negotiable based on size and complexity).
Difficult Access or Remote Locations:
- Properties far from Kingman, AZ, or requiring extensive 4x4 travel: Extra charge, starting at $50 (negotiable based on distance and difficulty).

Notes

I drive a 4x4, so I can access most rural properties in Mohave County with ease.
Travel within 50 miles of Kingman included; beyond that may incur a negotiable fee.
Digital files delivered via secure online gallery within 1-2 days of finishing the photoshoot.
I do the photoshoot and deliver them to you before you make payment except in cases of LARGE orders.

No Risk Obligation: If you’re not satisfied with the photos provided, you’re not obligated to use them, and there will be no charge.

Payment expected promptly after files are delivered to you, assuming you approve the photos.
